1. Submissions on all "For Sale By Owner" businesses must be by the person who has the legal authority to accept or reject an offer on the business. Intermediaries, franchisors, distributorships and dealers may post a business for sale, but MUST check the approriate Broker or Franchisor box on the form. Types of businesses accepted in this category are general businesses not found in other categories on iBizSeller. Commercial property and lodging businesses have their own categories. Brokers use the link at the bottom of this page for Broker Guidelines.
   
   
2. Posting an ad will be at the discretion of iBizSeller. All submissions are reviewed before posting. If your ad is accepted, it will be posted by the next business day. If your ad is not accepted, iBizSeller WILL NOT notify you as to why it is unacceptable. If your business does not have a for sale price, it will not be listed.
   
   
3. iBizSeller has three different advertising plans. The plans are:
   
   
   1. Basic Plan: List a business for sale for FREE for 6 months.
      
      
   2. Intermediate Plan: List a business for sale for only $30 for 6 months. Intermediate Plan listings are display ahead of all Basic Plan listings.
      
      
   3. Premium Plan: List a business for sale for only $50 for 6 months. Premium Plan includes all items on the Intermediate Plan, plus a rotating banner on iBizSeller.
      
      Note: All listings require payment through PayPal before being displayed. Listings without payment are deleted after 24 hours!
   
   
   
4. All plans run for 6 months, unless you cancel early. Three days prior to expiration of your ad, you will receive an e-mail from iBizSeller giving you the option to continue your advertising, upgrade or cancel. If you choose to continue, the 6 months will start again. If you choose to cancel your advertising, your ad will automatically be deleted on the expiration date. Refunds are not given on unused time if you cancel early.
   
   
5. Prospective buyers will only see the business information you submit. Initial contact by a prospective buyer will be directly to you through a "blind" e-mail message. Under a "blind" e-mail system, the sender does not have access to your e-mail address. The e-mail will also indicate whether the sending party is a "buyer" or "intermediary". How you choose to respond to e-mails is up to you. Your e-mail address and other contact information will be used by iBizSeller for internal purposes only and will not be released to anyone without your prior permission. 6. Each ad in this category has a "page view" counter. This counter will give you the number of prospective buyers that have viewed your ad. This number is only available by viewing the page your advertisement is on. Your "Approval" e-mail will give you a link to check your page views.
   
   
7. Once your advertisement is posted, you may go back in and change anything in the ad as often as you would like. Use either the link listed on your "Approval" e-mail or the "Change You Ad" at the bottom of this page to make any changes.
   
   
8. We allow one (1) picture of your business. If you want to use this option, please follow the instructions carefully. If you need help or want iBizSeller to post a picture for you, please let us know.
   
   
9. Your ad may only be placed in one category on iBizSeller and you are solely responsible for the contents of that ad.
   
   
10. Listings on iBizSeller that DO NOT have a valid e-mail addresses will be deleted. If you change your e-mail address, make sure you change it on your listing.
    
    
11. Method of payment is through PayPal which requires a credit card. If you would like to list your business but are unable to use a credit card, contact iBizSeller for instructions before you list your property for sale.
