Having a problem using iBizSeller?

If there was an error message, include exactly what the error said and what page you were on.

If you are submitting a listing and you could not get the "Next Page" button to work, do this:

• If you cut and pasted any text entries into the listing form, go back and hand type those areas.
• If you used HTML in any of the text entries, go back and ensure they are correct.
• If this does not correct the problem, include these items in your report:
  1. What browser are you using?
     (IE, NetScape, etc.)
  2. What category are you trying to list your business in?
     (General Business; Hotel/Motel; Commercial)
  3. Your listing number?
  4. Exactly what happened?
• Without this information it will be hard to find the problem.
