1. Brokers, intermediaries, franchisors, distributorships and dealers may post a business or businesses for sale, but must check the approriate Broker or Franchisor box on the submission form. Types of businesses accepted in this category are general businesses not found in other categories on iBizSeller. Commercial property and lodging businesses have their own categories.
   
   
2. Posting of any ad will be at the discretion of iBizSeller. All submissions are reviewed before posting. If your ad is accepted, it will be posted by the next business day. If your ad is not accepted, iBizSeller will notify you as to what areas need to be corrected or why it is unacceptable.
   
   
3. iBizSeller has three different advertising plans. These plans are for individual business submissions. Those with more than 10 listings will be given a discount, but you must contact iBizSeller for a price quote.
   
   
   1. Basic Plan: List one business for sale for only $10 for 6 months.
      
      
   2. Intermediate Plan: List one business for sale for only $30 for 6 months. Intermediate Plan listings are display ahead of all Basic Plan listings.
      
      
   3. Premium Plan: List one business for sale for only $50 for 6 months. Premium Plan includes all items on the Intermediate Plan, plus a rotating banner on iBizSeller of the business for sale. If you would like a banner of your business to rotate in place of the business you have listed, you must provide that banner.
      
      Note: All listings require payment through PayPal before being displayed. Listings without payment are deleted after 24 hours!
   
   
   
4. A listing on iBizSeller runs for 6 months and that listing may be changed at anytime and as often as you want. In other words, you may subsitute another listing (business) in place of the one that is presently being displayed. You may do that as many times as you like during the 6 month listing period.
   
   
5. Prospective buyers will only see the business information you submit. Initial contact by a prospective buyer will be directly to you through a "blind" e-mail message. Under a "blind" e-mail system, the sender does not have access to your e-mail address. The e-mail will also indicate whether the sending party is a "buyer" or "intermediary". How you choose to respond to e-mails is up to you. Your e-mail address and other contact information will be used by iBizSeller for internal purposes only and will not be released to anyone without your prior permission. 6. Each ad in this category has a "page view" counter. This counter will give you the number of prospective buyers that have viewed your ad. This number is only available by viewing the page your advertisement is on. Your "Approval" e-mail will give you a link to check your page views.
   
   
7. We allow one (1) picture of the business. If you want to use this option, please follow the instructions carefully. If you need help or want iBizSeller to post a picture for you, please let us know.
   
   
8. Your ad may only be placed in one category on iBizSeller and you are solely responsible for the contents of that ad.
   
   
9. Method of payment is through PayPal which requires a credit card. If you would like to list your business but are unable to use a credit card, contact iBizSeller for instructions before you list your property for sale.
   
   
10. Please read our "Frequently Asked Questions" section concerning additional questions you may have. Questions not answered by the FAQ may be e-mailed to iBizSeller.
    
    
11. If you have any problems entering your data, please notify iBizSeller immediately and we will help you submit your information. Our listing form will accept HTML, but, you must know how to use HTML correctly.
